Echo

photograph from munnar and quote about echo gaze

Quote: If you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.
Author: Friedrich Nietzsche
Photographer: Anindito De

Doesnt Anindito's snap reveal the peace and calmness which is all prevailing in Munnar?

This snap also reminds me about my munnar trip. I need to complete that trip soon.....

the person in the picture adds to the mystery of the photograph and the quote. it would have been a dull one if not for the lady in the pic. nicely taken

Ah Munnar. Now Dheepak, Subh and me map this name with the tragic accident we had. Dheepak, plan for a trip to erase http://neelarurkar.blogspot.com/2005/04/to-gods-own-country.html memories

Srinivas,
Cool. So taken a day off? Enjoy the vacations. Kodaikanal is a nice place.....

Ashish
I agree with you completely.

Shripriya
True, very true. Still I was double checking with the photographer whether to use this snap or not bcoz this is like a semi-protrait.

Neel,
U have learnt a lot ;-)

Munnar is a beautiful place - and living in a city like Bombay, one appreciates the quiet there all the more!

No ones stopping you. Particularly when you are in such a good project team, you can make a trip down to munnar. I am sure it is as good as the coorg trip.

Enchant
Yep. Talk to ur self as well as the photographer :-)

Smyta
Once in a while being alone, helps a lot. Particularly to cool down after losing the temper or may be when we are in a pensive mood. But you arent supposed to be talking like this ;-)

Charu
Thanks for dropping by. Its surprising isnt it. How people in cities love to goto small places for vacation whereas people who live in those small, peaceful place travel to the metros for their vacation.

Niki
"dead bodies" - Am I missing something? I cant see any.......
BTW to clarify it isnt my pic - its that of Anindito De.
