Isnt this too similar to the post on the boat in the dock? I am sure you wont mind for it raises a valid point.
This was shot in Mysore while we were recupperating after the accident.

There was something about the photo that bothered me but I couldn't put my finger on it for a while. Only much later did I realize what it was: It's a bit like the ads of late when only the object of focus is in color, while the rest is rendered in B&W.
Heck, I don't think you should be touching up your photos, Dheepak. That's verboten in my dictionary.
I know it isnt too ethical to touch up photos. Unfortunately once in a while, there is very little option left. If I hadnt removed the colours from the background, the focus would have been diverted from the theme. Normally this is avoided in SLR by varying the aperture but in normal digital camera they are automatic :-( Anyway tried that for a change to keep the audience interested.
Nice pic. I really loved the way your focussed on the horse and not on the entire carriage. You sure have a wonderful eye for pictures!!
Thanks Erotome. I would have loved it more, if only I could have done it without post-processing on the image.....
