"She looks so tired so very given up,but i still feel there is HOPE,she is still standing high facing the sky, standing tall and trying to win over a battle which almost ended,Will she be able to survive? will she be able to win what she lost? Time but noone else has the answers.
The picture somehow made me sad and silent:)
The pic reminded me of a mother and a child ... the mother toiling away till the skies to shield her li'lle one with whatever she can!
this one can have many intepretations. to me it looks like stretching the hands and reaching out to God ultimately!. quite a thought provoking picture.nicely taken
Dheepak, the picture is phenomenal. I really liked it. I didn't respond to it sadly, but had more of a sense of something ancient, respected, wise. Something that held more than you could see with the eye.

To tell you frankly I didnt know whether to put it in a sad note or positive one. Some how I liked this quote on impulse and so I used it.

Thanks. Doesnt the interpretation reflect the individuals mood at the moment? Atleast it was true with me - kind of sad and pessimistic. And look at your interpretation - it clearly does :-)

When I was at the scene, I also felt the same. However the photograph isnt conveying it to the same extent.
