"She looks so tired so very given up,but i still feel there is HOPE,she is still standing high facing the sky, standing tall and trying to win over a battle which almost ended,Will she be able to survive? will she be able to win what she lost? Time but noone else has the answers.
The picture somehow made me sad and silent:)

The picture is so beautifully taken, It seems like the worn out old tree praying to God to bring down the showers on the dry land and bring blossom to trees like me,it really made me poetic, thanks deephak,

Dheepak, the picture is phenomenal. I really liked it. I didn't respond to it sadly, but had more of a sense of something ancient, respected, wise. Something that held more than you could see with the eye.

To tell you frankly I didnt know whether to put it in a sad note or positive one. Some how I liked this quote on impulse and so I used it.

Your comments really made me optimistic.

Nice imagination - no wonder you write good stories.

Thanks. Doesnt the interpretation reflect the individuals mood at the moment? Atleast it was true with me - kind of sad and pessimistic. And look at your interpretation - it clearly does :-)

So another person seconding the prayer? I never thought in that vein before. If the prayers are granted, I wish this tree was in Chennai.

When I was at the scene, I also felt the same. However the photograph isnt conveying it to the same extent.

This is in Honnemardu - Shimoga district - Karnataka. You can blog hop from the write up in baejaar blog to get more info about this place.
